Dear Scotland Family & Friends, It is with sadness that I share the news that Kerri Pope ’76 passed away Monday, January 5, 2026.
Kerri was a Cheerleader as well as on the Hockey, Basketball & Track teams. She was a member of the Girls Club. She along with her brothers Austin ’79, Darrell ’82, and Terrence ’84 attended SSVC. She also had 4 cousins at Scotland. When I have addresses, I will share with you.
Kerri was born July 3, 1958 and graduated in 1976.
She was a mother to 3 children, 4 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. She spent most of her career as a healthcare worker.
Kerri’s Memorial Service will be January 31, 2026, at 10:00 at the
Greater Exodus Baptist Church
