SSVC Taps: Monte’ “Ta-Mont” Allen ’92 died 9/4/26

Dear Scotland Family & Friends, It is with sadness that I share the news that Monte’ Allen ’92 passed away September 4, 2026. Monte’ was known as “Ta-Mont” to many.  Funeral arrangements are shown below.

 

Monte’ was the Senior Class President.  He was the on the football and track teams.   He was a member of the Art Club.  He was a member of the Big Brother program. During his junior and senior year he served as the Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) president.

 

Ta-Mont was described as “original,” “respectful and respected,” and patient.

 

I don’t believe Monte’ had any brothers or sisters at SSVC.
