It is with sadness that I share the news that Robert “Bob” Hoover ’57 passed away on December 24, 2025. I am working to get an obituary.
Bob was in the Print Shop. He was on the football and baseball teams and a member of the S-Club. His nickname was Hoov.
His sister Peggy Hoover Zapcic ’58; brothers John ’62 and William ’64 also attended SSVC. They are all deceased.
Thank you for keeping Bob’s family in your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time. Thank you, Beverly Hoover (John’s widow) for reaching out to Bob Hollinger ’62 to let him know about Bob. Thank you, Bob for sharing the sad news with your Scotland family.
